Heritage Home Care is proud to be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our founder, Nate West, is a Marine Corps Officer who deployed to the Middle East, and that heritage of service shapes how we care for our nation’s veterans every day.
We understand the unique needs of veterans — the medical, the emotional, the cultural — and we work hard to ensure they receive the quality of care they earned. From hands-on personal care to companionship and respite for family caregivers, our team is trained to support veterans where they want to be: at home.
VA Aid & Attendance Benefit
Many veterans and surviving spouses qualify for the VA’s Aid and Attendance pension benefit, which can help cover the cost of in-home care. We can assist veterans and their families in understanding and navigating these benefits so that paying for care doesn’t have to be a barrier to receiving it.
How We Help

- Companion care — conversation, errands, transportation to VA appointments
- Specialized support for veterans with PTSD, mobility limitations, or service-related conditions
