Nate West was born and raised in Phoenix and remains firmly rooted in the local community. He holds a Finance degree and an MBA from Arizona State University.
As a Marine Corps officer, Nate deployed to the Middle East and led more than one hundred Marines. He brings that same sense of responsibility, resilience, and service to Heritage Home Care.
His decision to enter home care was personal. After seeing the effort his mother gave while caring for her own mother, Nate understood the emotional and physical strain families carry. He believes people deserve the choice to remain at home with dignity, supported by care that is accountable to the community.
Heritage is not a franchise and is not backed by private equity. Nate has built a team that stays close to the client and caregiver experience, so responsibility never feels distant.
