# Heritage Home Care

> Heritage Home Care is a veteran-owned, family-owned, independent home care agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It provides non-medical in-home support to older adults and families throughout Maricopa County.

Heritage Home Care has served Arizona families since 2017. The agency is locally operated, is not a franchise, and is not backed by private equity. Nate West is the owner, president, and executive director. Heritage reports that it has supported more than 2,500 clients and employs more than 150 caregivers.

Heritage provides non-medical personal care, companion care, Alzheimer's and dementia support, post-hospital support, coordinated 24-hour care, respite support, and veteran-focused home care conversations. A free in-home assessment is used to understand the home, routine, safety concerns, and family goals before recommending a care plan.
